a Public Reading of WORKS IN PROGRESS by

Write Flow

~ a creative writing workshop for women of color ~

Women in the workshop will read a selection of their writing.

Writing exercises (prompts) will be woven into the afternoon with the opportunity for audience members to share their creations.

Bring your pens, journals, instruments, voices, bodies and all positive energy…we are truly going to create a rhythm all our own, unique to the moment!
And YES, if you play an instrument don’t be shy. We want you to jam w us!
There are congas at Coqui Mexicano – you know what’s up! 😉 (ya tu sabes!)

Coqui Mexicano has an awesome menu. Bring your appetites! Diego is sure to delight your palate!

Bring your own wine or beer if you wish!

(If you have a folding chair, you might want to bring that too. We expect the place to be full!)

COQUI MEXCIANO is at 871 Third Avenue at Brook Avenue in the Bronx.
