The Bronx Writers Center presents:

Meditate, Germinate, Write! – A Creative Writing Workshop led by Odilia Rivera-Santos

Free!

Saturday, June 14, 2014
4pm-6pm

Bronx Council on the Arts
2700 E Tremont Avenue
Bronx NY, 10461
6 train to Westchester Square

In this workshop, we will explore ways to ignite the creative spark through meditation, use of music, and free-writing with prompts.

Each writer will share his or her writing, receive feedback from fellow participants, and do a short Q&A, in order to maximize one’s interaction with others. The result will be a portfolio of rough drafts in three genres: poetry, fiction, and creative nonfiction.
