Tenants cry ‘strike!’ at Bronx hellhole demanding hot water, repairs, working elevators, end to rats

After living in horrendous conditions at 1380 University Ave, about 40 tenants are ready to participate in a rent strike.  Kudos to Bronxites for taking matters into their own hands!
