It’s that time of the year again when farmers’ markets open up across our borough and this year we have a new addition at Fordham Plaza and expanded days at the South Bronx Farmers’ Market!
These markets are an extremely important resource for our communities providing additional places to get great produce grown locally (as in within 200 miles generally).
You get to connect with farmers and find out more about the produce and how its grown, watch cooking demos and pick up great recipes too.
